Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park is in the far north of Tanzania, a country in East Africa. The park itself borders both Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the east and southeast, and Maswa Game Reserve to the south. To the north is the border with Kenya. The western arm of the park is not far from Lake Victoria. The park is two to four degrees south of the Equator, so temperatures don’t vary much throughout the year.
The Serengeti National Park is divided into five sections: North, East, South, West and Central.
There are are five gates to the park, one of which is on the border with Ngorongoro Conservation Area, another amazing park that’s very much worth visiting.
